Inspired by the elements of nature – earth, air, fire, and water – HauteBox values the significance of energy in one’s fitness journey, and has integrated these elements throughout the studio to nurture a positive mindset for optimal focus and motivation.  From the aesthetics of the facility to the diversity of our fitness classes and programs, we are confident you will find exactly what you need to fulfill your energy and wellness goals. 

At HauteBox, you’ll have access to the highest quality instruction by some of the most respected and sought-after mastered professionals in the industry. Their classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re just beginning, at an intermediate level, or looking for an advanced challenge. Our instructors provide motivational, innovative and progressive workouts across a variety of platforms, including hot Pilates, hot Hatha A and B set static series yoga, Power Vinyasa flow yoga, Yin and Restorative yoga, Bootcamp, Cardio Kick-Boxing, and HIIT – to name a few!  Our rooms can also be booked to receive custom 1:1 workouts with your most desired instructors.
